FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

You're in good hands. I guide, prompt, and keep you moving so nothing feels stiff or staged.

No prom poses. Promise.

Will you pose us? We're awkward af.

No. RAW images are unfinished files and not part of my creative process or final products.

What you receive is fully edited, consistent, and true to my style.

Do you give out RAW images?

Life happens. If we need to reschedule, we'll reschedule. I'm flexible -- within reason. Just communicate and we'll figure it out together.

Rescheduling fees may apply.

What happens if it rains or life happens?

All final images are delivered via a private online gallery through ShootProof.

Download them. Share them. Post them.

Your gallery includes unlimited downloads and a full print release -- just double-check that you gave me the correct email address, okay?

How will I receive my photos?

Start by hitting that Inquire button -- we'll chat, vibe-check, and lock in your date.

No robots, no auto-schedulers -- just real conversation.

How do I book a session with you?

As soon as you know, let me know. I book up quickly, especially during busy seasons. Don't wait until your toddler grows a mustache.

How far in advance should I book?

Hell yes! I'm based in North Carolina but always down to hop state lines for love, chaos, or a damn good view. (Travel fees may apply.)

Do you travel?

Turnaround time is 7-10 business days for lifestyle sessions, up to 6-8 weeks for weddings. I'll keep you updated and sneak in some previews to hold you over.

Delivery times may vary slightly during peak busy seasons. If there's ever a delay, you'll hear it from me first.

How long until we get our photos back?

Retainers are non-refundable and secure your date. Reschedules are allowed within reason and based on availability.

All details are outlined clearly in your contract.

Do you offer refunds?

Life happens -- but session time does not pause.

Arriving late may reduce shooting time and final image count, so please plan accordingly.

What if we're running late?

I edit true-to-life. Minor blemishes and temporary distractions? Yes.

Extreme retouching or body reshaping? Not my jam.

You'll look like you -- on your best day.

Do you edit blemishes/body things?

Immediate family includes parents and children living in the same household.

Extended family, additional households, or large groups require extended coverage to ensure everyone gets the time an attention they deserve. More people = more time.

What does "immediate family" mean?
